road machine mc - clubrules

§ 1.0 -

After joining the Hangaround Charter these clubrules are now in use. However, the club is not directly responsible for the statements and actions of Hangarounds. Hangarounds are not entitled to have club protection. If the club intervenes, it does so out of goodwill.

§ 1.1 -

The Hangaround time is not limited. This time is there to get to know each other. Only when every full patch member of the club approves the hangaround he will be recommended as a prospect. To be accepted, the hangaround must do as much as possible with the club. The TeamSpeak presence also matters a lot.

§ 1.2 -

Every Hangaround is assessed by the club. The clothes as well as the motorcycle must fit into the roleplay of the club. The club will do a small shopping tour with every Hangaround to clarify what is desired and what's inappropriate. The club may also announce changes at any time in the case of non-compliance.

§ 2.0 -

Prospects have to run the show. That means they do everything a Full-Member tells them to do. They also have to do lower services like guarding bikes, keeping an eye on the lobby or even getting beer while Full-Members enjoy the party. They can also be assigned to work in the Club-Business by Full-Members without the Full-Member being present.

§ 2.1 -

The Prospect duration is at least one month. Furthermore, it is not set in terms in time. The Prospect must receive a "Yes" from every Full-Member of his charter and the National President in order to be accepted. In addition, each Prospect must be introduced to each charter during its trial period. This should ensure that only people who fit into the club and the community are accepted as Full-Members.

§ 2.2 -

Prospects must have their clubhouse where the Charter has its home. In addition, all relevant club business locations must be matched to the charter. This serves the efficiency of the delivery. This way you can continue with the next member right after a delivery. It is also important for communication, so that everyone knows where to go when it has to go quickly.

§ 3.1 -

Nomads are Full-Members who can or want to spend less time with the club due to real life issues or other reasons. Full-Members to whom this applies will be transferred to the Nomad Crew. You can, however, apply for resumption in the charter you were coming from if you have more time again. Nomads may participate in cluburches, but have no right to vote. However, your opinion will be taken into account during the voting (if possible).

§ 4.0 -

We are a 1% Role Play Motorcycle Club. This means that any public action can have consequences. In general, every other MC must be treated with respect. If disrespect is shown to the club, it is important to report it to an officer and wait. If the club is clearly attacked without an explanation by another club, it may also be shot back directly. Random players may be skinned immediately during an attack and without consultation.

§ 4.1 -

The 1% community to which we belong has adopted certain weapon rules to protect fair play and respect the role play. When dealing with MC's and gangs "AR" only. That means only pistols, submachine guns and assault rifles may be used. All explosives and long-range weapons are prohibited as long as both or all parties abide by these rules. In this club it is strictly forbidden to use an armoured or armed vehicle or aircrafts outside of missions.

§ 4.2 -

Driving a car is not generally forbidden. It may be used wearing plainclothes (without a cut) for picking up hookers or to chauffeur a drunken brother. The exception is the club limousine "Strech-Limmo". Here you can drive with cut. The club limousine must be bought with the uprank to Prospect, to be able to drive club guests or the officers on request.

§ 4.3 -

Female characters are only allowed if you are a woman. Women have the same rights and privileges in the club as men. They are bound by the same rules, except that women may use pink weapon skins and pink vehicle paintjobs.

§ 4.4 -

For every member or candidate the time can come when leaving would be the best for oneself and also for the club. This is not a problem as long as the protocol is followed. First, a member who wants to resign will contact the president of his charter in TeamSpeak. There he can make his intention and his point clear. This gives the club the chance to say something about it, and above all to clarify a few things according to rank / club knowledge. After such a conversation you have a "Left in Protocol". This way you can keep in touch with the club and its members if you want to. If someone leaves without following the protocol, the player is "Out in bad standing" and can be hunted by the club.

§ 4.5 -

In the club, the cut must be worn. Each club rank has its mandated cuts and various clothing styles.

§ 5.0 -

The charters are largely independent making daily decisions concerning the charter. In the final instance, however, they are subject to the mother charter "Germany-Westside" with regard to club structure, politics and club rules. The National President will stay out of the charters concerns, as long as the charter does not violate the club agenda.
